Kaluar is a versatile sans-serif typeface developed with a hybrid humanist–grotesk approach. The design emphasizes functional clarity while preserving subtle organic qualities, making it adaptable to both editorial and digital use cases without leaning into extreme stylistic expression.

The family includes 18 styles, ranging from Thin to Black with matching italics, providing flexible typographic hierarchy for complex layouts. With a total of 506 glyphs, Kaluar supports advanced typographic needs, including superior and inferior numerals, circled and negative circled numbers, and a curated set of extra currency symbols.
